see that hot guy on the bike (the one in the back)?? that is my one and only riding a century ride (111 miles) in Provo last weekend.

Good job to Douglas! Zach did that same ride 2 years ago. If Douglas is really motivated, there's a 208 mile ride in 2 weeks that goes from Salt Lake to Jackson Hole - mostly uphill too - barf!
